The well-organized menu has nearly 80 entrées from which to choose, grouped into soups, noodles, rice, rice-flour crêpes, and beef, chicken, seafood and vegetarian-friendly specialties. Begin your meal with Vietnamese-staple goi cuon, which are fresh spring rolls. For your entrée, try the restaurant's signature dish, pho dac biet, an oversized bowl of rice-noodle soup bundled with various meats and seasoned with fresh cilantro and basil. Ga xao xa ot – sautéed chicken with chili peppers and lemongrass – is also a favorite. Cap your meal with a steaming hot (café da) or chilled (café sua da) cup of Vietnamese coffee.
