Chef Vincent Guerithault's international reputation registers nothing short of exemplary, as he has earned some of the most distinguished culinary honors in both America and his native France. His Camelback eatery has similarly achieved much distinction with its unique menu that encompasses French cooking techniques and Southwestern ingredients, and vice versa. The distinctive combination of cuisines is most fully realized in dishes such as blue cornmeal-crusted sweetbreads, Anaheim chile and raisin duck tamales, and rosemary-thyme rack of lamb with spicy pepper jelly. Dessert is an absolute must, truly: If you don't order one, Chef Vincent may well send one over anyway. Extensive, award-winning wine list and full bar. Serving lunch Mon–Fri, dinner Mon–Sat.
