Formerly known as The Grape, an Atlanta-based wine bar chain, local owners Nick Jacobson and Joe Gordy declared their independence in fall 2007 and changed the restaurant/wine bar's name to 360. Nashville’s version of casual-upscale The Grape opened in summer 2005 in the former space of the much-beloved but now-defunct local clothier McClures and has had steady business, particularly after the ownership changeover and an influx of talent in the kitchen. Its well-appointed gleaming chrome and postmodern architecture proves a suitable setting for enjoying the array of well-chosen wines, with more than 70 available by the glass. Menu highlights include garlic grilled bruschetta and crab cakes as appetizers, and fennel-seared ahi, pan-seared breast of duck, Moroccan-spiced lamb chop, and steak frites as entrées. For dessert, the vanilla cheesecake pairs particuarly well with any of the restaurant's dessert wines and ports. Full bar. Serving dinner nightly, late-night (until midnight) Fri–Sat.
