"The goal of our menu was straightforward–offer simple fare that's every bit as good as our world-class coffees and teas. Unfortunately, we can't cook. We can boil water–a fortuitous byproduct of making coffee and tea. Help came to us in the form of our good friend, Michael Cimarusti ... executive chef of Michelin-starred Providence. He's also responsible for creating all [our] delectable offerings. Buon Appetito!"
