From the restaurant's website:
"Craftbar is Craft's informal sister-restaurant, where Chef Tom Colicchio applies the same philosophy of simple food derived from the finest ingredients, to casual dining. The menu changes according to season, and features a variety of salumi, great cheese, and favorites like Pecorino Fondue with Hazelnuts and Acacia Honey, Stuffed Sage Leaves, and Tom's famous Veal-Ricotta meatballs. The menu includes a variety of bruschetta, hearty pasta dishes, and roasted and braised meat and fish. Sandwiches, like Duck Prosciutto with Fontina and Hen of the Woods Mushrooms, are a particular Craftbar favorite. Craftbar's rustic and comfortable dining room lends itself equally to a quick lunch, a full-length dinner, or a snack at the bar (which is often where you¹ll find Tom and friends hanging out.)"
Full bar. Serving lunch Mon–Fri, dinner nightly.
"Craftbar is a tasteful antidote to the recession, offering the same quality of food and drink that is served in Craft's sleek dining room but at a fraction of the price (and on much smaller plates, served tapas-style to relaxed groups of diners)."
