It's not every day that you find such eclectic, upscale contemporary cuisine at a brewpub – but then, The Brewer's Art isn't your ordinary pub. Specializing in Belgian-style microbrews, from the award-winning Resurrection to the dark, lusty Proletary Ale, The Brewer's Art elevates the brewpub experience in everything from its vats of beer to the top-notch kitchen. From the steamed mussels to the Frogmore stew, the fare here is anything but typical. The list of desserts prepared by the pastry chef rotates, but get the chocolate crème brûlée when available.
